I am going to a local Korean supermarket this weekend and would like to know some good recipes for those hot, spicy Korean stews that are so prevalent throughout the cuisine. Extra points if they have provisions for udon noodles.
I may also be taking a shot at making bulgogi if they have a good deal.
Also, recipes with fish might also be appreciated, as they have mackerel and fluke for only $1.49/lb.
