Tuna sandwich. Cheese and onion toasti. They don't sound very appetising, but they are.
The tuna sandwich is far superior to the mayonaisse cat vomit most people make. It is tuna from the tin, with a large splash of malt vinegar, a lot of hot sauce and the juice of half a fresh lemon. Mix it up with a fork and eat some to taste. A tin should provide enough mix for 2 or 3 sandwiches. Drain the excess juices with a fork and spread on your sandwich. It is awesome, it is a spicy tangy sandwich of awesomeness.
The cheese and onion toasti tastes nothing like the synthetic taste you get in crisps (which i hate because they are like 25 grams of fried potato), everyone has chomped on a little bit of freshly cut onion. It has that vegetably starchy fresh taste aswell as the strength and sweetness that characterizes the onion. A quickly grilled onion removes the eye waterring strength and some melted cheddar, lancashire or mozarella give the sandwich an almost meaty finnish.
Toast the bread slightly first.
Melt some cheese, then push the frehsly cut onion into the cheese and grill for about 40 seconds to a minute. Swueeze the meltedcheese and frehs onion on 2 sides of bread together to create the sandwich. Let it cool slightly so it doesn't drip and you have yourseld an awesome stable sandwhich to take to work.
