Cous cous recipes

OK so I just discovered the wonderful food that is cous cous. I hear it was invented by niggers but nevermind. Anyway I'd like to ask what your favourite way of cooking it is? I have no idea so I've just been putting in paprika, cumin, turmeric and a bunch of herbs.

Slice up some chicken breast, marinate it in garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, and cinnamon, lemon juice.  Brown it in a pan, then mix it in after you add the hot water to the couscous.  Or use chicken broth instead of water.

Fry some chopped onion and garlic. Add pieces of carrot, celery and a can or two of chopped tomatoes. Throw in a stock cube and some herbs and spices. For an interesting touch, include cinnamon in your spices. Let it simmer until the carrot softens and serve with your cous cous.

for a quick meal i liked to make cous cous and mix in Italian dressing (good Italian dressing) and then parmesian(sp?) cheese or a little feta.  it is very tastey  ;-)
