Alright kids, lets all share our favorite recipes!
I'll start off with the secret to some damn good fried chicken, the shit that will entertain guests and keep you satisfied while finding porn on imageboards!
Here it is:
-1 Package of any brand chicken wings, you'll have about 40 peices after each has been chopped in half.
-1 egg
-Corn Starch
-Paprika
-Salt
-Pepper
I don't use exact measurements because those are for noobs!
Now, with the chicken cut up, as in, the wings are seperated from the "drum stick". You know what I'm talking about. When they are all cut up, put them into a big bowl to mix in. First, take the egg and break it so that all the insides cover each peice. Work your hands into it and make sure its all coated evenly. Then, take the salt and pepper in to your hands and sprinkle all over the chicken, now, keep it sparse, but make sure each gets a little. I know I'm being vague, but, if you cook, you know what I'm talking about. For noobs, just sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper, you can even use a bowl to mix the corn starch+egg+salt+pepper, beforehand. Make sure you work the chicken with your hands, keeping to mix it all up. Keep it so the chicken is even with the ingredients. Now sprinkle a little bit of paprika to give the skin a little red tint, this is to entice the customers!
Now deep fry this is vegetable oil, cooking oil, whatever in a large pot. You'll know when its done when it has a golden tint for the skin! goodnight enjoy!
