GREAT BRITISH CURRY PIP PIP

Here in Britain, if you don't enjoy a nice curry, you are filthy and should be deported to France or somewhere.

For those of us live here or who've eaten it here; what's your favourite type? I think I'm sticking with the immortal Massala myself.

Since any particular 'type' of curry varies wildly in flavour, strength and general quality depending on where you get it, I don't exactly have a favourite.

My own currying skills are still quite elementary, so my favourite thing to make myself is the good old-fashioned chicken tikka masala, made from Patak's curry paste, an extra dollop of cream and a shitload of coriander.

At a good curry house, I'm often attracted to the lamb rogan josh.
