Best BBQ?

Where's your favorite place to get BBQ?  Not the Tony Roma's corporate crud but the real deal.

There's a place here in Seattle called "Smokin' Petes'.  12 hours in the smoker.  Ribs come 3 to a pound.  Excellent rub and sauce.  The Collard Greens are a meal by themselves.  The rest of the sides are average.

hmmm...well for best BBQ i have a different place for different types.

For Brisket - Rudy's BBQ "Worst BBQ in Texas" is their motto

For Sausage and Chicken and a good ol Super Spud - That would be Pokey Joe's

and finaly, for ribs - There is a place somewhere north of Austin in Texas, it was night time and i was about 5 years younger, i dont remember where, but it is a bbq place / dance / gambling place called The Saltlick, I swear, no one goes there for the dancing or the poker, but they stay for that.
