Best BBQ?

Where's your favorite place to get BBQ?  Not the Tony Roma's corporate crud but the real deal.

There's a place here in Seattle called "Smokin' Petes'.  12 hours in the smoker.  Ribs come 3 to a pound.  Excellent rub and sauce.  The Collard Greens are a meal by themselves.  The rest of the sides are average.

Place in San Jose on Bascom called Sam's BBQ. I like to go there whenever I'm with a group of friends and we have little extra cash to spend.
