i have a problem with my modem, i think.
the adsl connection is stable. but the lan is very unstable.
i tested the cable and the network adapter by using a switch. they were ok. but the modem keep unstable.
i cleaned the ports.
it usually do not work when i first start the computer. so i go back there click on reset on modem. after more or once, it works.
it can works for hours without problems. or keep stopping several times in minutes.
i am about to buy a new modem. but i am not sure if it is the real cause. any advice?
