You can use on-screen keyboard in window to replace your shortcut:
Start> Control Panel> Ease Of Access> Ease Of Access Centre
Click on "Start On Screen Key Board".
If you want to Click "Ctrl +Z ".. you can first Click "Ctrl" and then Click "Z" which is not needed to press them simultaneously which we use normally.

Tried that and it actually doesn't work, a few days ago it randomly started working again and this morning when I booted up the problem was back again. When I hold down CTRL and press V, the CTRL key on the virtual keyboard lights up, but the V key doesn't. The V key works fine in all other aspects, however when I press CTRL and click V on the virtual keyboard, it still doesn't paste.
Is there a way to edit the key shortcuts, like changing CTRL-V to CTRL-\ or something?
