Need new dial up.

I will be having a second phone line installed in our house and am also looking for a second ISP, since the one my mother pays for sucks aol. I'm interested in NetZero 56k, the non-high speed no-contract $10/month plan, but would like other opinions on ISP's that are reliable, and have no fine print that limits you to a certain number of hours per month.

PS i live in an area that does not offer broadband, and keep getting raped on Halo PC.
