Ok so as the title says I can't computer to a very competent level. In short when I try to connect to my local area connection I keep getting error 771: the connection attempt failed because the network is busy. I've tried to ipconfig/release and ipconfig/renew. Multiple reboots. System restore (the kind that doesn't fuck up your files) and nothing. Ive had this problem once before and I found a solution for it BUT now I can't find the page again. All I can tell you is that it's a registry error and the fix involves going to services. It also says my LAC doesn't have a valid IP. I'm typing this with my phone btw.
