Got a buddy in afgan, DoD blocks 4chan, what would be the simplest method of turning my PC into a proxy/VPN to get him around the filter? Im fairly proficient with running a webserver, currently running windows and would like to avoid linux if at all possable.

why not just get him to use one of the many proxy out there?
