FLV Editing

I'm trying to just to a quick edit of a video that I got off of Youtube in Moyea FLV to Video Converter Pro. Every time I try to access the file, I get the message "Access Violation in address 21201AAF in module 'FLVLib.dll'. Read of address 00000000".

Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this, or suggest another way to convert/edit the FLV?
