Our apartments' administrator has recently blocked us from accessing 4chan's main image boards. I'm a newbie when it comes to networking, so any help there would be greatly appreciated.
Before anyone recommends resetting the router, I can't access the router and even if I could, he would know that someone fucked with it.

Other than buying a VPN, what else could I do?

How do you know this for sure? Was there an actual bulletin posted to all tenants that access to the 4chan imageboards are now hereby revoked, or is this something you just simply suspect? Either way, if you cannot access the site, a VPN may be the way to go (and honestly, it's a good investment to have anyway).
