I just got an Asus Eee PC Seashell, and I love it, but I HATE Windows 7 Starter. Would I be better off torrenting Ultimate or using Linux + Wine?

Torreting ultimate? why not just download it from microsoft / digital river directly then change your SLIC in the bios to ultimate?
