I need some suggestions for what I can do to/with the school servers before I finish this year, I want to have a legacy.  Sadly, I don't know my way around the network but I am a very good programmer for a high school student

I was thinking something along the lines of messing with the school webpage, how easy is it to modify the page?

what steps do you take(general, not asking for someone to tell me

depends on what kind of infrastructure the site uses. If the site uses SQL you can try a SQL-injection (DROPTABLE or something along those lines) to mess it up. But that only works mostly on homemade sites.

As far as getting into the site i would recommend trying to find a backdoor to get into it or just bruteforce the CMS (if present) or the FTP.

Find a mistake on their site and fix it along with leaving your name/pen-name.

Write an autobiography, encrypted the shit out of it and hide it somewhere on their sever(s). You are now immortal!
