What should I use as the OS for my little experiments?
I wanna build some old utils which work on Linux, BSD, and probably others.
I looked at LFS, but they really expect you to build the BIGGEST OS ever. I mean even on linux all you need is kernel + libc + busybox.
So my question really is: is there a consistent way to build OSes?
