Computer Help

I have a computer problem question.  The problem started with the computer freezing whenever I would play games or watch HD video.  This went on for about a week before turning on the computer became a problem.  The power light, fans, DVD-ROM, and hard drive would come on but nothing would show up on the monitor.  It would do this for a couple of restarts before it would finally work.  Now it never comes on and the power light, video card fan, and hard drive don’t power on, but everything else does(DVD-ROM, the other fans, mb lights, etc.).  I've tried switching around and switching out the RAM and hard drives and even switching to onboard video.  Any ideas would be much appreciated!

OP here:
Can't even get to BIOS and how do I test my power supply?  Seems like it is giving out some power since some components power up.
