taskmanager/regedit disabled

ok so i have some hijack things or whatever that wont let me use registry edit or taskmanager what do i do? i tried scans and whatnot but none worked. any help plz from anon? thx(:

btw heres what it said: (Registry Values Infected)

On a helpful note regarding your situation, did you try booting into diagnostics with the CD you used to install Windows? Also, you didn't specify which version of Windows you're using.

k then, linux live cd or ubcd4win or mini windows xp from the latest version of hiren's boot cd and save your documents to an external unit then format hard drive and reinstall windows.

welp regedit doesn't work again lolo. i feel like putting my fist through the monitor guess i need a new comp this ones a piece of junk. btw i tried formatting her but it won't let me prob a virus or something oh well :/

What error message do you get?

use a third party software to format hdd, gparted is an idea.
just delete partitions an then redo them with the windows instal disk.
