taskmanager/regedit disabled

ok so i have some hijack things or whatever that wont let me use registry edit or taskmanager what do i do? i tried scans and whatnot but none worked. any help plz from anon? thx(:

btw heres what it said: (Registry Values Infected)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\DisableRegistryTools

and

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\DisableTaskMgr

All the more reason to use proper (or even american) english, consisting of words that can actually be found in people's english-to-whatever dictionaries, instead of being lazy semiliterate cunts who don't care if the people they're asking for help from can actually read their drivel.
