Dumb CPU mobo/cpu question

I have a shitty SiS-741GX motherboard. Supports up to 333MHz front side bus.

Looking at AMD Athlon XP 3200+ as an upgrade, but it is 400MHz front side bus.

Can I still upgrade to this CPU, y/n? And why or why not?

Never mind, did some research.

Athlon XP 3000+ is the best thing I can upgrade too. Thanks.
