has anyone else noticed opera 10(.00) seemingly ignoring entries in the hosts file?
i have my computer set up with ad-blocking via the hosts file, which has always worked, but all of a sudden i notice that it's not. my other browsers are properly using the hosts entries.
some people on google seem to have things posted about it, but then there are a lot of posts telling them they're wrong, or more bizarrely, them "realizing" that they were mistaken. i can pretty clearly tell that there's a problem, and that opera is
the most obvious culprit.
anyone else have this happen? got any solutions? (not really looking for alternative ad-blocking methods, just interested in if there's a way to fix the apparent problem, or if anyone else is experiencing it)
