i have an hp pavilion dv5135nr laptop with an amd turion 64 1.8ghz

CPU:

Voltage: 1.35 V
Thermal Design Power: 35 W
Socket: Socket 754

and I'm wondering if i could update it to a:

will it work? is it compatible? will i fuck my mobo? halp plox.
