How to burn video DVD (VIDEO_TS folder)

So I imported the PS3 version and got a region locked Bluray disc, but I've downloaded a rip of the DVD version and now I want to burn it.
Problem is I don't know how to go about it. I'm not a noob when it comes to burning stuff, but I've never done this before.
Help appriciated.
