Kbuntu vs Ubuntu

Can an experienced anon tell me their thoughts on Kbuntu vs Ubuntu please.

The problem with Kubuntu vs Ubuntu vs Xubuntu is that, as you know already, the only difference is the desktop environment each comes with (all allow installing each other's), and what exactly is a desktop environment is something you'll only understand after trying a few for a while. Pick either Gnome or KDE now without much thinking - look at a few screenshots if you will - and later on you can try the other one and really decide.

Also when you have picked your favorite don't forget to flame the shit out of the other one, it's our most precious tradition.

TL;DR it won't make a difference until you know what you're doing.
