I haven't used mutt, though I know of it. It doesn't seem to offer *that* much that elm ME+ and PINE don't. Also, it's nice to have a GUI client. Although I don't *send* HTML mail, I *get* a fair amount of it (because some people insist on sending it), and I find it a hassle with CLI clients. Lastly, though this is a somewhat silly, personal preference and nothing more, I don't like the fact that mutt breaks the naming convention for *nix e-mail MUAs.
