Hey /comp/, I'm about to buy a Gigabyte GAX48T DQ6 motherboard for $400. Am I being scammed?

Lovely rig is supposed to go with a Radeon HD 4870, Intel E8500 (3.1GHz) and two 1GB DDR3 OZC RAMs @1066MHz. These last already owned.
