Pop Ups

These past few days I've been getting a ton of popups in Firefox, whenever I open a new tab, or go to a new page, this will open up in the background first, and I can see it when I alt tab but i can't select it at first, then after a minute or so it opens up, and the windows are always pretty much the same size, and they're always advertisements for poker sites or something.

I've ran registry booster about 4 times and it's not getting what the cause is, do any of you Anons have the same problem?
