Wierd problem with the arrow keys

Ever since I did a system recovery on my computer, for some reason, I can't hold right and up in the arrow key at the same time, and if I try to, all it does it make a beep noise. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

even if I knew I wouldnt tell you coz it wont help you learn anything
