NFS Undercover & GTA SA

I bought NFS Undercover a little while ago and noticed that the cars actually look good. After a lot of searching and coming up with no answers I come to you. My beloved /comp/. How do I take the Need For Speed Undercover cars and convert them to Grand Theft Auto San Andreas? Who ever tell me this wins many internets.

you can't do it with san andreas, you can only do it with GTA 2

NFS does use bins. But I can't open them with anything.
