Move instead of Copy by default

Windows XP, I have two harddrives, is there a way for drag and drop between drives do move instead of copy of files?

i've always used ctrl-x and ctrl-v between hard drive. cut instead of copy.

either ctrl+drag or ctrl+shift+drag one gives a shortcut and one moves

I always right-drag; a context menu pops up asking what you wanna do with those files.
