Graphics cards

Ok, so i've got a Toshiba Equim l40-156 laptop which i recently sent away to get fixed. They replaced the battery, HDD and  MBD. It's a vista and before i sent it away the graphics card scored 3.9 on Vistas rating.
Now that it's back it scores 1. Fucking 1.
Everything on the laptop looks absoluty shit. I need a new graphics card.
Where's the best place to buy one, how much do they cost, which card would be compatible with my laptop, and how do i actually put it in?
I'm not looking for anyting too impressive or costly, just something that'll do the job.

Also it originally came with a Intel GMA X3100 graphics card
Does that mean the new graphics card is also integrated into the motherboard? Any way of finding out?

If no one here knows ask at a store like Future Shop. Just beware they'll try to sell ya something that's likely more than you need. Just go back another day and buy a cheaper one.
