Western Digital Elements won't turn on?

The regular piece of crap WD external that doesn't appear to have any On/Off button, my Elements won't power on anymore. The last time the computer recognized it, it told me to format it but I didn't want to. Now, I don't see the blue light turn on, don't hear nor feel it turn on, and the computer can't see it.

- Put it in PC
