Picked up an E7200 today and looking for a decent motherboard to go with it.  Needs to have a decent number of PCI slots (no microATX please) and should be able to OC my CPU easily.  Budget is max 70-80 bux.  Any suggestions?  I've been looking at Gigabyte boards, I like the GA-P31-ES3G but I've heard the P31's are hard to OC.
