Hello! I have a notebook and my graphic card is screwed up (the only thing that it displays are grey and brown lines) and I have serious information inside that pc. Is there any way I can save those files without opening the pc case (meaning I can't remove my hard drive or my graphic card)?
I'm very desperate because if I send the computer to the manufacturer they will format my hard drive! Please help!
Thank in advance!

The one and only way to save your information is to open up the laptop and remove the hard drive. If you can't do that, your information is going to be lost forever.

Assuming you're using Windows, exploit the autostart faggotry by making a CD-ROM that automatically (without any user interaction) copies the files over the network or installs software that lets you ssh to the laptop or something.
It's a lot of work and requires basic scripting knowledge, but it's doable.

Can you use an external monitor?

If the video card is broken that won't do shit.

I have had this exact problem, except that the problem wasn't the video card, it was the monitor (maybe? or the cables running to it) and I could use an external monitor fine.
