So... thanks to rushingly clicking links I managed to get my ass on.nimp.org... I had nod32 installed..
anyhow now a few days later I'm getting quite a few virus alerts, etc. I can't watch any videos, every 1 second the video will freeze for a ms.

So yeah what a retard, etc.

But how do I fix this?
Formatting, system restore are no options.

Are usual anti viruses like Kaspersky, Nod and the like able to remove all effects?

Turn off the web protection in the NOD32 menu. Right click on the icon in the taskbar and click on open window. Click on Setup then click on Antivirus and antispyware protection. Click on Disable under the Web Access Protection section. Now you won't get any alerts saying that the site will fuck your computer up with spyware and viruses.
