Aspect Ratio

Hello /comp/,
I've a 19” widescreen LCD monitor (1440*900, VGA) and a geforce 8600GT.
I'm playing old game and I'd like to play without having distorsion etc. It'd be good to play in 4:3 with the bars on the sides. I didn't find any monitor option or whatever so I'd like your help.

Run them in a window instead of in full-screen.

If you're on DVI you can set it. If you're on VGA, you're fucked.
