Kusaba: Problems Adding New Boards

GAW. I've been working on this for a while, I can't fucking fix it.

I have Windows Server 2003 hosting Kusaba (last version) with Apache 2, PHP 5 and MySQL 5.

Anyway, when I add boards it will create the directory for the board, and say the board was created successfully, however board.html will not be generated into the newly created directory. This is new, and the last time I added a board was about a 5 days ago.

Kusaba's dead dude. Where you been?
