I just installed some crapware (Wix, by MS) that screwed up my current folder paths
If I click on a program in "c:\folder name\prog.exe" it works fine, and loads "c:\folder name\file.txt"
But if I access C:\folder name\prog.exe by the address bar while in c:, it tries to load c:\files.txt
All programs seem to try to load from where they are called, not their current folders. It's annoying as visual stuido won't attach its debugger to my programs. I don't really want to reinstall my computer.
I get the feeling there's a gay switch somewhere in explorer/ registry that will fix this
HA;LP?
