Replacing Audio Tracks on a PSX ISO

I'm trying to replace some corrupt audio tracks on a PSX CCD/IMG/SUB iso (The Adventures of Lomax NTSC). I have working PAL  (CUE/BIN/MP3) and PC (CUE/BIN) versions of the game, but I can't figure out how to modify the NTSC version. Little Help?

Play the PAL or PC version instead
