QEMU Under Vista

Allright, I'm trying to run QEMU inder windows Vista, and it keeps crashing becasue of vista's FAIL.
So, here are my arguments
qemu.exe -L . -m 256 -boot d -cdrom osx.iso -hda tiger.img -soundhw all -localtime -M pc

Any idea why this doesn't work? It worked under XP, only with less RAM.

Encoding and decoding movies. You can get them done more quickly with a bigger bus bit size.
