Need your help guys

First off, please. I know that word isnt used alot but please i need your help. I live with my family, and my stepfather is a database admin. He insists on keeping the home network on a full lockdown from incomming traffic, with a router firewall and a separate hardware firewall, integrated in. Now can you PLEASE think of a way i may be able to safely bypass those (without endangering his work) to use p2p, steam or online games? He opens zero ports and very few things work. Torrent takes a week to finish a single album.

No, you don't. People like him put a lot of work, effort and pride in the security of their networks. And I certainly won't help a little prick ruin all that just so he can download some shit or other.
