Intuos 3 Left-handed

Name: :D 2008-03-05 20:16

Hi.  I just borrowed a Wacom tablet from a friend.  I am left-handed, so my mouse in Windows is reversed.

When the mouse is reversed in Windows (testing with PS CS3):
-Before installing the drivers/ software, the pen works fine like a mouse
-After installation, the tip and stylus button are reversed
-Setting the tip to "right click" and one of the stylus buttons to "click" solves that problem
-The eraser does not work at all

The tablet and stylus (including the eraser) work fine when I set the mouse to be right-handed in Windows.

Are there any settings I might be missing or different software I can download to fix this problem?

Thanks

Sorry to pollute my own thread - I forgot to say that switching the handedness in the Wacom software does not help the issue.  Switching it back to right-handed is interesting though - holding the lower stylus button while drawing/ erasing seems to make it work like it should.  I wouldn't call that a success, but it's closer to what I need.

Don't change these.
