/tech/, I have a rather odd problem. My USB ports don't seem to function anymore. I have three USB devices: a PSP, a SD card reader (for my R4 on the DS) and a USB DVD Burner.
I can no longer transfer my files to the DS/PSP. It either fails or gets corrupted. Approx. 1 of every 100 small files actually transfer.
The problem is I need to install XP and Red Hat at work, I am trying to burn the .isos, but it's not working. The burn fails everytime. I've used six different burning programs, so it's certainly a USB problem.
Does /tech/ have a solution?
The computers at work are Linux. Would the burner work if I took the burner to work with me? I don't have the installation CD to it, unfortunately.
Thanks.
