So I first bought a EVGA geforce 7600 256 DDR2 AGP for my aging machine. Got it to replace a FX5200. The card could render 2D images fine but failed horribly when rendering 3D. It would just show random colors and squares or lines. RMA'd that card and went with a EVGA 7300 512MB DDR2 AGP. Put it in and had the same problem as the 7600. Checked my PSU and voltages and all were normal. 470W PC power and cooling PSU so I don't think I'm not getting enough power. I changed the 4pins around so it's not a faulty molex connector. So could it be that my old ass MSI MS-6719 mobo(only supports DDR ram...)simply can't use the DDR2 ram on the vid card?
