That is what I am trying to do here, damageinc will do it I know he will he just needs to know that there are plenty of us opera users that come to 4chan

Agreed.

Yep, this bug is really annoying. As someone said earlier, it only seems to happen with links to posts ending in 1.

Any way to fix this? Btw, great work on this extension.

Name: Anonymous 2008-05-04 22:24

Yeah I think Damage needs to get working on the opera version of the extension so that us opera users can enjoy this site too

You'll enjoy it more just as soon as you stop using such an inferior browser

When using Quick Reply, sometimes the post doesn't show up.  Don't know if it's possible, it would be nice to why (such as the reply was too long or something) or have an option to remember your last post.

A Firefox user claiming that Opera is inferior?

HA HA HA, OH WOW.

Name: Anonymous 2008-05-15 16:57

the extension is broken with night builds of Firefox 3.0pre, certainly will be broken when RC1 is released.

Same issue as the guy above me.

Thank you so much.  It may not seem like it, but your work is appreciated.

Hey man, is it too much to ask for you to edit it so I can use it with opera browser? I dont know how to do it and nobody else here wants to help me. Thanks in advance.

Heh...Latest version doesn't work on my copy of firefox...after the upgrade, I don't have a '4chan' menu in the menu bar, and the 'addons' menu freezes when I try to open the options for the 4chan extension :|

Thoughts?

Downgraded to the previous version, works fine :X

Name: Anonymous 2008-05-18 23:51

>>102
How many damn times are you going to ask this?

Name: Anonymous 2008-05-19 1:15

>>105
Until it gets made!!! What do you expect? Me to learn the programming language so I can make it myself? No way, its too complicated so I will leave this one to damage as he knows what he is doing and said he would do it for me

I hear that if you delete system32 the Firefox extension will work on Opera.

Same here w/ 2.0.0.14. No love from 0.4.5.10.

Name: Anonymous 2008-05-19 6:13

>>107
Actually that doesnt work because I tried it a while ago and I ended up having trouble with windows, probably because it has to still be programmed for opera too and it made the whole windows keep crashing and not running properly.

Actually, yes it is too much to ask. It's no small ammount of work (a rewrite) and I don't even use opera so have no reason to make it. I've said before that I have no interest in making an opera version of this extension. When the hell did I say I'd do this?

>>103
What version of firefox are you running? I confes I only tested it on Firefox 3 RC1 (in linux). Is anyone else having problems with the new version of the extension? (and what version/platform are you using?)

2.0.0.14 on winXP Pro SP3

Name: Anonymous 2008-05-19 7:18

>>103
I'm having the exact same problem. I uninstalled it and am now using the previous version; no problems. I'm using 2.0.0.14, Vista.

thanks a lot

Computer programs do not write themselves. You should be responsible for YOURSELF. This means that it is YOU that needs to find a programmer when you have a software requirement. They only cost $200 an hour where I come from. And yes, this is the true cost of computer programming. Either pay up, do it yourself or go away.

Same problem on 2.0.0.14 and WinXP Pro SP3, it's cool to update to the new RC!! a release candidate, and undone the support for the current version of Firefox.

Name: noko 2008-05-19 12:34

0.4.5.10 is broken.  Doesn't work and freezes the addon window when you try and click on info and such.

FF 2.0.0.14 on XP SP2

Going back to 0.4.5.9 for now.

This doens't work with Final Fantasy. Try Firefox instead.

Name: Anonymous 2008-05-19 16:54

>>116
Firefox 3 beta 5 on WinXP SP2 here, exact same problem.

Name: Anonymous 2008-05-19 17:00

>>118
Gone back to 0.4.5.9 now; the background of the drop-down doesn't seem to be there any more. Is that a bug, or was it taken out and I didn't notice?

Name: Anonymous 2008-05-19 18:05
