Image fader/Browser/Desktop

Hey /comp/ I was looking for something fairly specific and was wondering is anyone has come across something similar before.
Essentially i want a program that loads random background from a folder: >>Simple enough BUT
I want it to nicely dynamically fade in and out the pictures instead of just having them appear. Also it needs the ability to turn off the random browsing and be able to browse via buttons(hidden or not, but not context menu) on the desktop. (or via shortcut key)

Anyone know any program thats similar to this. I've tried google but with something this specific I end up either getting 0 results or too many to even consider trying to read the documentation / features for. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks anon!

If theres nothing like it I may code it myself, but I don't really want to code something redundant again =p

I'm always amazed at the lengths, people go through to distract themselves from doing any real work.
