My other question is if i pack this thing out with a amd athlon 64 +3200, 3gb ddr400 ram and some 128mb video card will it do for a budget gaming computer. I all really want to play is hl2, portal, doom3, painkiller; maybe other things like that. Last thing is: any video card suggestions?

I searched for all of five seconds for that motherboard, and found pages full of links to prices from a variety of sources.  More than enough for even the most incompetent moron to get a "price range".
