jap language pack missing

whenever i go to a Japaneses website i get ????? instead of text.

does anyone know how to fix this?

That means you don't know Japanese, learn Japanese and the ?s will turn into Japanese characters.

All those ?'s are like a magic-eye picture. When you have assumed the correct (superior) way of Japanese thought they will merge into Japanese characters. Stare really hard and meditate on the superiority of Japan and you will likely be able to discern meaning from the jumble of ????? ??? ??? ?? in no time at all, unless you are a manko aneru gaijin. (I used English (inferior) so your inferior gaijin brain can understand and read it)
