Hard to build a computer?

Would any average joe with a hint of computer knowledge be able to build one alone with only t3h intarnet to help?

first off step 4 is always just ??? and it took 3 hours, fuck are you retarded everything only fits in one place, it takes me like 10 minutes to make one from random parts...
